Q: Do I have to pay a deposit when I book?
A: We ask that you pay a small deposit of £150 when you make a booking with us. The deposit can be paid via our site by card/ PayPal but we also accept payment by BACS and cheque
Q: When does the balance have to be paid in full?
A: The balance is due 10 working days before the wedding date , alternatively you can pay cash on the day before filming commences.
Q: When will we receive the final wedding DVD?
A: We aim to have you wedding DVD finished within a 12 week period after the wedding providing you have given us your music choices, but it may take slightly longer depending on the time of year and the complexity of the project. Peak time (summer) weddings can take longer, but we endeavour to get your special wedding DVD sent to you as soon as possible.
Q: Why does it take so long to make the DVD?
A: There is a lot of time and effort involved in creating a personal wedding DVD for each couple. Due to the uniqueness and individuality of each project, time is spent getting things right.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: We don’t just cover Renfrewshire / Glasgow / Edinburgh / Ayrshire / Inverclyde / Dumfries / Loch Lomond / Stirling areas, we are also prepared to travel anywhere in Scotland, North of England and further if required. In fact, if you are getting married anywhere worldwide, we are more than happy to film your wedding!
Q: Do you charge for traveling?
A: We only charge a small mileage fee depending on distance, and sometimes we may ask for overnight accommodation to be arranged for us.
The cost is £1.00 per mile for any venues futher than 30 miles from Bridge of Weir – anything over 100 miles we may request that an overnight stay is arranged.
Q: How much are additional DVD copies?
A: DVD copies are charged at £12 for the standard version, and £30 for Blu-Rays. We also have available engraved USB sticks in silver cases, please contact us for details.
Q: How long after the wedding can we still order extra copies?
A: There is no time limit; some people still order copies 2 years after their wedding. We also keep archives of all weddings so it is possible to obtain extra copies many years later
Q: Will you get in the way during the wedding day?
A: We always strive to be smartly dressed, discreet, and quiet at your wedding. Past happy couples have said that they were pleased with the way we were unobtrusive throughout the day.
Q: What standard is your equipment?
A: The equipment we use is of the highest quality. We have invested significantly in the past 12 months to ensure that we can confidently claim that all the camera equipment that we take out to film every wedding is going to be the best kit possible for the job in hand. This ensures that no matter what lighting conditions we find ourselves filming in, the end result will always be a stunning looking wedding video.
Q: What can we expect our final wedding DVD to be like?
A: We tailor each wedding DVD we make individually for the couples needs. Each wedding has a different theme, colour, location, and essence, and we aim to create a style that reflects that. We can customise many aspects of your wedding DVD according to your preferences. Normally we create a 60-90 min DVD, which includes the whole of your service, the whole of the speeches, edited events from the rest of the day, and finally some highlights.
Q: Why don’t I ask a friend or relative to video my wedding?
A: A wedding costs a lot of money. Can you trust a friend or relative to film your big day & edit it & include the right music in the most suitable areas to produce a quality record of the day? It is not fair to put that much pressure on them – Leave it all to us and let them enjoy their day…
Q: Do you film civil partnerships?
A: Yes we cover civil partnerships or any other kind of ceremony.

A: Yes, you can see our demos in the portfolio section of this site, at wedding shows we are exhibiting at, or we can send a demo in the post alternativly we can meet face to face and discuss your requirements, with no obligation to book.
