By completing the booking form & paying deposit you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
1. A booking is only confirmed/reserved once the completed Booking Form has been completed and deposit paid and cleared.
2. Small changes to the initial edit can be made. The first couple of hours are free but after that are subject to £30 p/h of editing time and must be requested within 7 days of the DVD delivery.
4. It is your responsibility to obtain any or all permissions and licenses that may be necessary for any location or venue to be used.
5. The final fee covers all shooting time until end time agreed as per the package chosen.
6. No responsibility is accepted for restrictions placed on us by wedding officials (including, but not restricted to, position of cameras) so please ensure they are informed.
7. If for any reason beyond our control we cannot produce your wedding film we will refund the cost of your film in full and that will be the limit of our liability.
8. DVDs will be replaced free of charge if notification of a fault is received within 7 days of initial receipt. After this replacement discs will be charged at £12 per copy. Additional charges will apply for other media
9. We reserve the right to show a highlights montage on our website or at wedding shows but will not allow use of or sell images to any third parties.
10. Please supply us with any choice of music before the event either on disc or digital copies.
11. We strongly recommend that you take out Wedding Insurance to protect yourselves as some weddings need to be cancelled and our cancellation charges are as follows:
1 month or more prior to the date – deposit only
1 month or less prior to date – 100% total cost.
The deposit is non refundable once paid. 11. Your finished wedding video (subject to changes) will be ready within aprrox 90 days after the event.
12. Deposit of £150 must be paid with booking and full and final costs must be paid 10 working days before or cash on the wedding day before ceremony commences. Deposit is non refundable. Please note that 5PM deals are also non refundable
